Whether it is subsidence monitoring, bird surveys, fish population surveys, drone flights, ArcGIS expertise, and more, Sonja does it all at the highest level. We are so lucky to have you on our team. KRCD was pleased to be part of last weeks Pine Fla KRCD was pleased to be part of last weeks Pine Flat Dam tour with Congressman Vince Fong (CA-20), USACE leaders - Assistant Secretary of the Army Adam Telle, Major General Jason E. Kelly, Colonel Robert M. McTighe, and other regional partners. The topic of the day was the process for initiating a proposed USACE dam raise feasibility study to examine potential increase in flood control capability as well as water storage in the Kings River region.
