April 3, 2020

As you are aware, the COVID-19 virus has created a significant health and safety concern. KRCD is doing our part to help reduce the spread of COVID-19 to protect our staff, their family members and the general public.

KRCD is continuing to maintain its essential services including customer service and program implementation by the Kings River Water Quality Coalition the operation and maintenance of the Jeff L. Taylor Pine Flat Power Plant and the Kings River Levee Project. We have taken the following measures to help reduce the spread of COVID-19:

Social Distancing
KRCD is reducing the number of staff at the office. All essential staff whose jobs cannot be accomplished remotely are practicing social distancing by deliberately increasing the physical space between each other. Associated protocols have been established.

Office Visits
KRCD will remain open only for staff completing essential work whose jobs cannot be accomplished remotely. The KRCD office is closed to all visitors until official guidance recommends otherwise. If you need to contact us, please call 559-237-5567.

Thank you for your understanding during unprecedented circumstances. We are committed to providing essential services to the region while protecting the health of our staff.
