As you are aware, the COVID-19 virus has created a significant health and safety concern. KRCD is doing our part to help reduce the spread of COVID-19 to protect our staff, their family members and the general public.
It is also important that KRCD maintain essential services including the operation and maintenance of the Jeff L. Taylor Pine Flat Power Plant and the Kings River Levee Project. While KRCD remains open for business, we have taken the following measures to help reduce the spread of COVID-19:
Social Distancing
All KRCD staff are practicing social distancing by deliberately increasing the physical space between each other. Associated protocols have been established.
Office Visits
While KRCD remains open and will continue essential work during this time, we are closing our office to all visitors until official guidance recommends otherwise. If you need to contact our office, please call 559-237-5567.
We are grateful for those working alongside us to continue to provide essential public services. This includes not just fellow water management agencies, but the many agricultural producers and related services in our region who play a pivotal role in securing the food supply chain.
